For flexible rates till 21 days prior arrival no fees will be charged for amendments or cancellation, 21-0 days prior arrival no refund of the deposit amount.
In the event of early departure, guests will be required to provide the amount of stay corresponding to the number of non-realized confirmed days.
For non refundable rates/offer rates, no refund of the deposit amount or the full amount.
In special circumstances, that can be officially proved, we may consider to refund amounts.
